Production capacity

Songji has a strong production capacity. Under full-speed production conditions, it can consume 300 tons of copper and 60 tons of alloy raw materials every month. It is equipped with nearly 700 sets of production equipment, including fully automatic high-speed punch presses, automatic punch presses, CNC machining centers, mirror EDM machines, automatic button selection machines, automatic packaging machines, and automatic sealing machines. The company successfully developed a high-end production process of one injection for multiple granules as early as ten years ago. At the same time, it introduced the most advanced intelligent fully automatic high-speed precision punch press, increasing its production capacity by 6 to 10 times compared to before.
